Getting Started

Simply reach out to us at sales@signova.com or call +1 929 429-4499. There's no lengthy approval process — we'll verify that you're a registered jewelry business and get you set up quickly. Most partners are active within 24–48 hours of first contact.

No minimums. You can order a single piece or a hundred — we treat every order with the same attention. We believe the relationship matters more than the volume, especially when you're getting started with us.

No — Signova is strictly trade only. We wholesale exclusively to registered jewelry retailers, studios, designers, and trade buyers. We do not compete with your storefront, and your clients will never find our prices online.

We work with independent jewelry retailers, multi-location stores, estate jewelers, designers, custom studios, and online jewelry businesses across the US. If you sell jewelry to end consumers, we can supply you.

Products & Quality

We carry three main categories:

Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds — round and fancy shapes, certified and non-certified, D to G colour, VVS to VS clarity.

Ready-Stock Jewelry — tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces, earrings, pendants, and fashion pieces in 14K white, yellow, and rose gold.

Custom Jewelry — custom engagement rings and bands (5–7 day delivery), and Made in USA tennis necklaces & bracelets built to your exact specifications (3–5 days).

Yes. We offer IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds across rings, tennis necklaces, and bracelets. Non-certified DEF VVS CVD diamonds are also available for buyers who prefer them — typically at better margins. Certification preference can be specified on any order.

Our standard offering is DEF VVS–VS lab-grown CVD. For custom rings we also offer specific grades within that range, or any precise quality you request. If you have a specific requirement, let us know — we'll source to your spec.

For ready-stock jewelry: 14K White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

For custom rings: 10K, 14K, 18K in White, Yellow, Rose, and Two-Tone Gold, plus Platinum.

Yes — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is origin. Lab-grown diamonds are graded by the same gemological institutes (IGI, GIA) using the same 4C standards. They offer your clients the same beauty and durability at significantly better value.

Every piece is inspected by our team before it ships. Our background is in diamond sourcing and grading — we apply that same standard to finished jewelry. We check stone setting, metal finish, clasp function, and overall craftsmanship. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

Ordering & Lead Times

Contact us directly at sales@signova.com or call us. For custom rings and tennis necklaces/bracelets, you can also submit a quote request through our website and we'll respond within 1–2 business days. For ready-stock items, we'll confirm availability and invoice you directly.

Ready-stock jewelry: Ships within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Custom rings: 5–7 calendar days from approval.

Made in USA tennis necklaces & bracelets: 3–5 business days from approval (subject to mounting availability).

Custom quotes: Responded to within 1–2 business days.

Both. We carry ready-stock inventory of tennis bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants, and loose diamonds that can ship immediately. We also take made-to-order requests for custom rings and bespoke tennis pieces. Contact us and we'll confirm what's available on-hand.

Custom Jewelry

Yes — this is one of our core offerings. Your client brings in an idea or reference image, you send it to us with the specs (metal, quality, size), and we deliver in 5–7 calendar days. You get a quote within 1–2 business days of submission. No minimum, no design fees. We support solitaires, halos, three-stone settings, eternity bands, and wedding bands.

Yes — for complex or highly detailed custom pieces, we can provide a CAD preview for your approval before we begin production. This ensures the design is exactly right before any metal is cast. Standard pieces typically don't require a CAD step and move straight to production.

Yes. Our tennis necklaces and bracelets are Made in USA and built to your exact specifications — stone size (from 1.75mm to 6.35mm), length, and metal color. Use our online quote tool to select a length and target carat weight, and we'll match you to the closest available stone size instantly. Lead time is 3–5 business days from approval, subject to mounting availability.

For rings: style, metal type, metal color, diamond quality, ring size, quantity, and a reference image if available.

For tennis necklaces/bracelets: length, approximate carat weight or stone size preference, and metal color.

The more detail you give us, the more accurate the quote. But if you're unsure, send us what you have — we'll ask the right questions.

Pricing & Payment

Jewelry and diamond pricing fluctuates with gold and diamond market rates, so we don't publish a static catalog. Contact us for a quote on any item — we respond within 1–2 business days and our pricing is consistently competitive. For repeat items, we can set up streamlined reorder pricing.

We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. For established partners, we discuss payment terms on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss what works best for your business.

Memo and consignment arrangements are available for established partners with an ongoing relationship. Please discuss this with our team directly — we handle these on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and relationship history.

Shipping & Insurance

All orders ship via FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day — fully insured, signature required. We ship from our US inventory, so there are no customs complications or international delays for US-based buyers.

Yes — every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. In the unlikely event of a loss or damage in transit, you are covered. We handle the claim process and make it right.

Our primary focus is US-based retailers. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at sales@signova.com and we'll advise on availability and any applicable duties.

Returns & After-Sale

Ready-stock items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unworn condition for credit towards your next purchase. Custom-made pieces — including custom rings and made-to-order tennis necklaces and bracelets — are non-returnable. Contact us at sales@signova.com to initiate a return.

Contact us immediately at sales@signova.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full credit at no cost to you. We stand behind every piece we ship.
